How to use this Lorem Ipsum generator
Lorem Ipsum is Latin-looking placeholder text that has been used by typesetters since the 1500s and by web designers since at least the 1980s. Its purpose is to fill space without distracting the reader — you see the type, the rhythm, the line length, not the meaning. This generator builds fresh Lorem Ipsum from a standard dictionary of Latin-flavored words and the classic opening "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet…" when you start from the beginning.
- Pick a unit. Paragraphs produces multi-sentence blocks separated by blank lines — ideal for article mockups and CMS placeholders. Sentences returns that many standalone sentences. Words returns a space-separated run of words, good for headlines or labels.
- Set the count. Generate up to 20 paragraphs, 100 sentences, or 1000 words in one click.

When to use Lorem Ipsum vs. real content. Use it during layout review when the real copy is not ready and you need a neutral filler.
